Purpose of processing
OOGO processes personal information to receive and respond to buyer, retail, collaboration, press, and archive inquiries, and to carry out related consultation and follow-up communication.

LEGAL
This policy explains how personal information collected through the OOGO website and inquiry form is processed.
OOGO processes personal information to receive and respond to buyer, retail, collaboration, press, and archive inquiries, and to carry out related consultation and follow-up communication.
Required fields are inquiry type, name, email, message, and consent record. Company, country, phone, or website are optional. When security features are used, technical data such as IP address, browser information, and access time may be processed automatically.
Personal information from the inquiry form is processed based on user consent and steps taken at the user’s request before entering a contract. Optional fields may be declined, but refusing required fields limits submission.
Inquiry records are kept for 3 years after completion and then deleted without delay, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to handle a dispute.
OOGO does not sell or provide personal information to third parties as a rule. It is shared only with separate consent or when required by law, and only to the extent necessary.
Some processing may be entrusted to database, hosting, and security providers for site operation. If a cross-border transfer occurs, destination, categories, purpose, method, retention, and how to refuse will be disclosed here and required procedures completed.
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, personal information is deleted securely so it cannot be restored. Paper records, if any, are shredded or incinerated.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. Requests can be sent to contact@oogolabs.com and will be handled within the scope of applicable law after identity verification.
OOGO applies reasonable safeguards such as access control, authentication, transport protection, and log review to help prevent loss, theft, leakage, or damage of personal information.
Technologies such as Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for required security and spam prevention. Minimal technical information needed for verification may be processed by the provider.
For questions about privacy processing or exercising your rights, email contact@oogolabs.com.
If this policy changes, the effective date and key updates will be posted on this page. Changes that materially affect user rights will be noticed with a reasonable lead time.
Before production use, confirm operator details, processors, and any cross-border transfer specifics for the live environment.
